ROLZILO LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
7. Limitation of Liability

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the Site and Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to first try to resolve the dispute with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Natrona County, Wyoming. If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, to be conducted in Natrona County, Wyoming.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
