You may return most physical books purchased from Rolzilo LLC within 30 days of the delivery date if they meet the following criteria:
- Damaged or Defective: If you receive a book that is damaged during shipping or has manufacturing defects.
- Incorrect Item: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
- Unwanted/Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind, provided the book is in its original, resaleable condition (e.g., no signs of reading, wear, or damage).
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide Information: In your communication, please include:

- The specific item(s) you wish to return.

Please do not send items back without an RMA number, as this may significantly delay the processing of your refund.
4. Shipping Returns
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Rolzilo LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Unwanted/Change of Mind Returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The actual time for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- No Restocking Fees: As stated, Rolzilo LLC does not charge any restocking fees.
6. Exchanges
Currently, Rolzilo LLC does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item following the steps above and then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest and most accurate processing of your new order.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Damaged Upon Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and item(s) immediately upon receipt and contact us at support@rolzilos.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
- Lost Shipments: If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will assist you in tracking your package and initiating a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.
